NIXON Dork Too Men's Watch

This thing is hilarious and dumb and I absolutely love it. It's super nerdy in a fun way. The screen can be hard to read in certain lighting, but you don't get this because you want an easy to read watch, you get this because it's silly.

One of the most worthy excuses for a weird watch. A well made novelty item, I definitely enjoy the nuanced voice that tells you the date with attitude. The convenience of having a rechargeable battery is also worth noting, pushing away all the annoying trips to buy batteries for the watch, you'll probably never get replaced, (as well as not finding anyone who can legitimately replace the battery cause no one's ever available at the jewelry department). So there's the novelty, the convenience, and the aesthetic whether it's cool or tacky, it still breaks some necks nonetheless, good for the attention seeker, or the very boring average kyle. But how about the rest of the buttons? The light button perhaps? Definitely a bright one at night, but do keep in mind, in the daytime, it's not as easy to read the display with the little amount of backlight. Another disclaimer! Not water resistant (obviously, there's a speaker). 'Sallright by me though.Ahhhhh yep, this one's a keeper, she's worth it. Get yrself a dork watch, if that's your thing.(Turn on the hourly alarm though heheh)

The only trouble I had with the item is the rubber charging port plug not wanting to stay in the hole adapter first charging. It’s back fine now. I didn’t buy it to wear everyday as much as to have/collect and I love it. It’s heavy and feels quality for as cheap as it is.

I have seen a few reviews that mention that their watch arrived broken. I ordered one and it did not wake up, I followed the instructions exactly (its not very complicated) either hold the side pushers for 5 seconds or plug into power to wake up watch. Neither method worked, so I figured I got unlucky and exchanged it through Amazon for another one. To my surprise the second one also would not wake up…I immediately thought i was doing something wrong so I watched some unboxing videos (for a second time) and when they plugged it into power the watch woke up in the videos…again its not a very complicated process.At any rate I am not sure if Amazon is selling returned broken watches unknowingly or if for what ever reason these watches are poorly made. At the very least I would avoid purchasing this watch from Amazon and possibly all together. I cant imagine they will work for very long even if it arrived in working order.

It is a fun watch and a good discussion piece. I would only suggest that the red display be brighter, it is very hard to see. It is a good value if you get it on sale.

First let me say this is probably one of my most unique watches in my collection. It legit will tell you the time among other things. This watch never fails to make me smile every hour when it unapologetically yells "Dork" to let those around you know you're a man of culture and taste.The screen is hard to read in bright light. It's water resistance is bar non. I mean it's a giant speaker that's on your wrist sI i didn't expect much.I highly recommend this for anyone who is interested in something unique and different!

Si eres de las perzonas que les gusta las cosas practicas lo recomiendo si te gusta el estilo.Tengo mas de una semana usandolo y aun no necesito recargarlo, no se esactamente cuanto dure la carga y algo importante, biene señalado como "No water Stainless Steel" entonces ahi que cuidar no mojarlo cuando nos lavamos las manos o secarlo si eso pasa

I just bought this watch recently and took it on a weekend trip. I was entertaining myself and others all weekend with the audibles at 11:11, 4:20, etc. the only problem is that if you have hairy arms/wrist the band pulls on the hair and it hurts. But that aside it’s a great watch so far.

Definitely a novelty watch. Some of the times are said funny, like at X:07 the voice laughs at himself and other Easter eggs that might annoy you. Might be a little useful for the visually impaired but really it's more like to get attention walking around.Other reviews said that you can't read the watch outside, and I disagree. It's extremely visible in direct sun. No idea how they do that with an LED. Another review said the charge only lasts 2 days, but I only charge mine maybe every 3 weeks and it has never died.Bottom line, I'm happy with the watch. It gets noticed when I wear it. It's fun. Only con is that it is heavy.

Great design and a fantastic colour.The quality of the strap could've been better, but considering the price it was fine.
