It is good Muay Thai and MMA, this particular shine guard is comfortable it doesn't move out of place when sparring. It does it's job and protects your shine and and foot when sparring and training

Bought for my partner for JDK as all his other gear is RDX. He loves them,great padding yet light weight with the extra foot arch support. Will take a little time to soften up as just now the velcro straps at back are still quite stiff therefore the extra strapping sticks out which can be a little annoying but he's sure they will soften up?

I use these as my main sparring shin guards. They're not the most lightweight which is a good thing when you're throwing head kicks at a partner, but you get a good amount of movement with them despite this. Watch out for the velcro straps at the back, make sure you line up the two parts as there's nothing worse than worrying about the strap scratching behind your knee while trying not to get tagged in the face.

Good amount of padding and lightweight, only slight issue is straps could be a bit longer but still work fine
