BELVA BBMS65B 400W Peak (200W RMS) 6.5" 2-Way Black Coaxial Marine Speakers for Boats/ATV/UTV/SxS/Powersport

These 8" speakers can handle the power. I connected these 8" speakers, along with a pair of 6.5" speakers (Same Brand) to a 2000 watt, Pyle, Marine, Blue tooth, 6 channel amp. I was skeptical these speakers would handle the power since the magnets are a little light for a speaker of this size (my opinion). I started out with low gain and figured the speakers would distort rather quickly given the fact that I was using blue tooth. very surprised the sound quality for the price with the gain turned up 2/3. I was even able to play around with the cross overs high and low. I even got some really decent base from the 8" speakers.The one area of disappointment, was the connection tabs. These are very weak and be prepared as they are different sizes. although the tabs did not break, They will not take much. I contacted the company and they advised me of the warranty, gave me some advice on soldering (probably best for marine application anyway) and told me they were covered under warranty if the tabs broke. also, consider getting stainless steel fasteners. I was told they were but my magnet told me otherwise.For the price, very attractive, easy to install, sounds great and handles the power stated in the advertised listing. I see they carry a subwoofer too, and will surely investigate as well. Maybe they will send me a demo?Speakers still sitting in the cart? Go For IT, You know you want it!

I haven't had these very long but so far I'm very happy with the sound and quality of the speakers. These seem better built than speakers costing for times the price. We will see how long they last but so far I'm thrilled with them and $50 for a pair of marine 8's is unheard of.

They don't distort at high watts which is great. The issue I have with them is that they sound like large tweeters. Mid-range has to have some mid notes to not just vocals. Now they just sit on my boat floor until we find a place to swim then I put them on the bow so we can listen to music - they work great for this hence the two stars.

If your looking for a good speaker that doesn’t empty your wallet I highly recommend these. Didn’t know what to expect for the price but the reviews was positive so figured I give it a shot and glad I did. These little speakers are clear at a high volume and pretty dang loud as well! The only thing I can say is they are a little over sized for a 6.5 but didn’t effect my situation but keep that in mind when ordering.

I am building 3D printed tower cans for marine use. Had been looking for easily affordable water-resistant speakers to fill them. Belva is a fairly new player (part of NVX line up). These are a tad oversized 6.5 inch speakers, but a bit of massaging with a Dremel helped fit these comfortably. I added a 100HZ bass blocker to keep these controlled and safe at high volume levels. Sound is clear and dynamic, time to test longevity in outdoor conditions.

These speakers are very sturdy, look nice, and sound great. Perfect mix of highs, mids and lows. they come with a cutting template, as they should and mount easily with 4 screws each. I have a 500 watt amp for these so I just have to be careful not to over drive them but they are holding up fine.

These speakers sound good and they are tough. I abuse them daily. I would buy them again.
