Just like most other supplements, they take a long time to build up in your system and to begin showing signs of helping - about 60 days. I am taking these every day along with another supplement purchased from Amazon, for joint relief. I just woke up one day, a few weeks ago, and suddenly both knees were sore and hurt to walk on. I tried kneeling down to see if they would pop or something but it made no difference. I thought joint pain would come on gradually if at all but this was overnight. So I came to Amazon and ordered this plus a second joint repair supplement. I got these because the joint repair supplement only had a very small amount of Hyaluronic Acid in them. It will take a couple of months to see the results but I have high hopes as many studies say that it helps. I was told by my doctor that I have Osteoarthritis, but it never bothered my knees before. This should help to rebuild the cushioning in my knee joints over time and I plan to keep using it if it works, daily, to keep the pain away.

Having been a 10k race runner for many years I lost half the meniscus in my right knee. This supplement within only 3 - 4 days caused a noticeable decrease in the chronic pain I had. No joke. I went to my ortho doctor; he recommended an injection of hyaluronic acid gel based on the success I had with taking the capsules. After the injection I had immediate success which lasted 5 1/2 months. Pain gradually returned. Now taking the capsules again to tide me over until after the Corona virus abates and I can get another injection. For me the capsules work. Very minimal pain if at all. This supplement was recommended after I had knee surgery from a friend. After five months post surgery I was still not where I would like to be as far as getting around without difficulty or moving slower than I’d like. This was recommended to help speed the healing process. My doctor gives this supplement in an injection form for certain patients; not in my case. He told me to save my money and not buy this in pill form, but since it was an expensive, I went ahead and tried it. Didn’t see any change after being on the supplement for more than 30 days.

I like this product. It works to remove wrinkles from the inside, taking it internally is more effective than those creams you put on your face.
