I really really like this product and put out good heat product and also a good cooling it cools down the room really fast

The bottom of my unit doesn’t blow out anything. Expected more of an “AC” this is just a cool fan. Not suitable for cooling an entire bedroom but definitely feels nice directly on you.

UPDATE - the item was working good, but made it quite humid and then it seemed to stop cooling. I returned it within the first 30 days. The smell did go away, though.I got this today. I live in Arizona and my office is on the Southwest side of the house. We keep the house at 80° in the summer and it can easily reach 90° in this room. I tested the heat and it worked well. Then I filled it with water and dropped 2 existing ice packs in there. The air is cooling nice and in less than an hours time it has cooled 3-4°.The only concern I have is the machine smelled musty when I took it out of the box and continues to smell that way after cycling through heating and cooling, etc. when I leave the room and come back it smells pretty strong. The unit didn’t appear to be used - the packaging materials and tape on the unit was all in place. Yet I’m wondering if it was stored with water in it causing mold or mildew in some component. I’m hoping the smell goes away soon or I might need to contact the company.

The media could not be loaded. Remote control works well. It arrived quickly. It is very easy to use and works well. The noise level is okay. Great product, great price!

I swear is anything made correctly anymore??? It seems like everything I had bought either does not work or is just junk! The heater works ok on this but the air is horrible. Don’t waste your money!

I bought it for my reading room. It is pretty good and cool. I haven't try hot function. But the cool function is working good if you add cold water inside.

Cool very good especially adding ice or ice packs to water. Just didn't know it runs by the water in order to cool. But it's a good product for it's money.

It’s a great heater but the end of extension cord gets to hot and I need to return or have someone to get me another to replace it..

This is the best heat/cold combo that I have ever used. It takes 10 min to heat my living room. I can hear it but it is so quiet I don't have to turn up the volume on my tv. I can't wait to use the cooling feature in the summer.

The product that came to house was Cost Way Brand, not GoFlame. Feel cheap, humidification is close to nothing, din't rise the level of humidity after 4hrs, they're s no thermostat to control the heat...

To adjust the room air condition! I'm pleased with it.
