Good drink

I used to drink rockstar recovery exclusively, and they’re pretty good, but honestly the 220 mg of sodium per can was getting annoying, they don’t need this! I like the drinks that have just a couple grams of sugar, it makes all the difference. This particular drink is 8% juice (pineapple, apple, and guava purée) so that’s pretty much where the 4g of carbs come from.Anyway they started offering this POG and an island mango. The latter is pretty good, but it’s a little too rich, also has a lot of orange coloring. It’s also higher sodium than the pog. The pog tastes great, and while I’d like it to be a little less sodium, it’s 130mg a can compared to 220 for recovery’s, which is significant. Lastly, these are lightly carbonated and I thought I wouldn’t like that, as recovery is not, but it’s great and now I wouldn’t have it any other way. I have to stress that it is lightly carbonated though, these will lose that carbonation faster than most carbonated drinks and these are better fresh than flat. To give you an idea, it’s light enough that even if you drink half the can and one drink, you probably wouldn’t have to burp.So this is my drink now. Highly recommend it.

Not the best thought it would taste like Moco loco monster but it didn't this stuff tasted so fake with so many added sugars not even real mango come on if I were you by the monster kind not this it's always better to pay a little bit more for the good product than pay less for something that doesn't taste anything like mango

A mom friend to another: I have 7 kids, I'm tired AND I love working out, and I LOVE keeping up with my family. I was working out 2x's a day (crossfit & lifting/some cardio) eating super clean and my extra 15lbs wouldn't budge for 3 years. I figured it was my new normal since nothing was working. The rockstar drink curbs my stress cravings, gives me energy to keep up with my big, beautiful family, and I feel great! It tastes good, I'm so happy about it. I just thought other mama's should know! We get stuck with stress weight a lot, and this worked for me. I drink 3/4 a can in an insulated cup, it takes me usually 3 hours to drink (11am-2pm). I love it. It's part of my life now. Also, I stopped crossfit and only lift now 4x's a week, I feel better than ever. I still have 5lbs to go, but it'll probably be gone within a month. I have tried lots of other things, but this is easy. Put it in an insulated cup with ice & a straw and everyone thinks you're drinking water. It's theeeeeee best.I buy the juiced guava kind 👍

Love the flavor… maybe not the best drink for lots of energy but decent and a pretty good deal!

I’ve patiently waited for this looking forward to it. I was really disappointed in the flavor in the aftertaste. Maybe I got a bad batch it taste nothing like juice I would not recommend it.

This is one of my all time favorite energy drinks. It has great flavor and low calories!
