Q: Will this hold cardboard to cardboard?

Q: Would this work on my motorcycle helmet to stick on accessories like horns, spikes, etc??

I would not try it as we used three pieces to attach a full length mirror to the back of a door. They held for a week before the mirror fell off. I have used the item for things on a flat surface. The double side tap works well on f flat surface.

Q: Would they work underwater in a tub to hold down something with suction cups?

I have not tried it, but I doubt it.

Q: Is there a way to make it easier to remove? I put it between two things and I it seems to be on a little too strong.

You can use a hair dryer to soften the sticky tape, then remove it slowly.
