The tape is very flimsy and difficult to put into the ball. Due to the adhesive you can't stack tape and remove one piece at a time which means you have to start the painstaking process of putting a new piece in all over. Finally it leaves a sticky residue even after only being in for an hour. I use tape when I start to allow my hand to swell and typically I remove it by the middle of the first game. When I removed the tape after about an hour in the ball I had to clean it out with alcohol due to the residue.

The tape is to thin and soft ti be used as grip tape. It’s more like a skin protectant.

Too thin to work with. So thin you can almost see through it. Reminds me of flexible band-aid material. Couldn't ever get it to go in the ball right. Big pain. Would not recommend at all. Don't buy it.

This tape would work great if you need to put tape on your thumb while bowling. It is not possible to use inside the ball which is what it is advertised as since they give you the tape tool. I would not recommend this to anyone.
