It's not low carb!!!!
I realise now that the advert didn't actually give the carb content, just that it was 46% lower than normal pasta. I should have checked more closely but just assumed that something marketed as low carb would actually be low carb! On receipt I was amazed to find this product has 41g of carbs per 100g, which is higher than standard gluten free supermarket pasta (36g)!! It's not that this is unhealthy - it looks like it's full of lovely healthy organic ingredients and will be much healthier than 'normal' white pasta - but that isn't the point. It shouldn't be marketed as low carb and the carb content should really be shown on the advert. I haven't tried it because I'm on a low carb diet, so don't know what it tastes like!

NOT LOW CARB FOR KETO
This is NOT low carb at all 41g per 100g serving! That is 2 days of carbs on keto. Should not be allowed to call it low carb, it is reduced carb at best.
