While I haven't quite figured out how to get it to chat with Alexa (Alexa, are you listening?), this little robot has become my new best friend in cleaning.First off, let's talk about efficiency. It's incredibly thorough—every nook, cranny, and under-the-couch abyss gets a thorough once-over. I swear, my floors have never looked this spotless, and I'm starting to think it might secretly be a perfectionist.The mop function is like the cherry on top of a squeaky-clean sundae. It tackles spills and smudges with gusto, leaving my hardwood floors gleaming. I almost feel bad walking on them afterwards... almost.Now, about that Alexa integration—I'm still working on it. I might need to bribe the robot with some extra shiny dust particles or teach Alexa to speak robot. Regardless, even without the voice commands, operating this vacuum is a breeze.In conclusion, if you're like me and would rather spend your time doing literally anything else besides cleaning, the Dreame D10 Plus is worth every shiny penny. It's efficient, effective, and it even adds a touch of tech-savvy charm to your cleaning routine. Very satisfied! Very accurate LIDAR mapping and good vacuum suction. Obstacle avoidance is really great and a lots of customization on the device from suction power, room management, mop functions and remote cleaning via app. Very happy with the product.

The media could not be loaded. Nose level very high.Suction power is okay however it doesn’t clean properly without cleaning one place it goes to another place and then the battery finishes quick therefore it goes back to its station. Set up is long as hell. It goes on top of everything like cablesMOST IMPORTANTLY IT CANT FIND ITS STATION ITS BEEN HALF AN HOUR CHECK THE VIDEO

Bought as a Christmas present for my disabled mother and it's changed her life.Set to auto clean everymorning before she wakes up, quiet enough to do so, simple to setup too. These things have come a long way over the years!Well designed and fits nicely in the room.

I've had this for over a year and use it fairly regularly. Overall I am pleased. It was much better priced than equivalents especially for dual hoover/mop plus the self emptying option is great. The one downside is on older carpet that are a a bit worn it is not as efficient. We have a dog and hair do get tangled up in the brushes.

Tried another product and it couldn't map at all well. This one maps very well and navigate obstacles really well.Overall, this is excellent and I'd recommend buying one when an offer can be found.What I would complain about is the mopping functionality, which I don't use now. And occasionally it'll make a meal out of getting back to the base for reasons unknown to me.But 9/10 times, this works really well at keeping the flat hoovered.

I really enjoy the robot, good quality, very smart. It is enough for the daily cleaning and I don't have to mop the floor everyday. It is a bit complex to connect with Alexa, but I made it at the end. It is not on the list of "work with Alexa", you need to add it as a skill. But anyway, I like it, it deserve a 5 stars for my opinion.

Great product, good suction and it works really well to keep the floor presentable day to day. Floor mapping tech is excellent. I also struggled (like others) linking it to Alexa voice control through the Mii home app / skill per the instructions….but then I found if you also add the Dreame skill (as well) to Alexa it works. Its a bit rubbish the instructions don’t tell you to do that and its clearly frustrating lots of people! Otherwise its a very clever bit of kit that just works.
