Noticed the ball casters under an expensive piece of furniture were coming apart and searched all over before I found these, which appear almost identical in finish and style to what came with piece originally, including the softer wheel surface that I want for rolling over hardwood floors. Just installed them, so can't speak to durability, but they seem as well made as what they are replacing. The only caveat that applies to my review is they are on something - albeit a HEAVY something - that will only be moved occasionally, so not the kind of use they'd get on a chair that rolls around a lot and gets the kind of impacts you apply when you sit down.

Excellent product. Well constructed, sturdy, and beautiful. Used on a dark brown rattan trunk to replace the feet it came with and they accent it perfectly. They look very rich and natural when visible. The photo in the ad shows them extending beyond the footprint of the furniture like a "toe stub magnet" which also detracts from the looks. I was thankful this was not necessary. Now my trunk can glide across the carpet with minimal effort.

Was looking for a replacement for the old casters on my office chair. These look amazing and were a great replacement for the old socket style casters. Being they’re only ever on my office mat I imagine they should last a long time.

Needed new wheels for coffee table. These were easy to install and work great. Very smooth action.
