Your feet go all the way into the massager and the controls are on the front top. It’s easy to see and use the controls. You can use one or all of them. The heat can be low or high, and the rest have three settings. The massager starts on the lowest settings, and you select the optional heat and set it to either high or low. You can turn off any settings you don’t want, but I find that it gives the best massage when everything is on, though you may not always want heat.The low settings give good results but you need to fiddle with things to get what you find you like best.If you want shiatsu it’s the “knead” setting. If you want squeezing, it’s “air.”It runs for 15 minutes and kind of changes things up throughout. Sometimes the compression is light, sometimes very firm, and the rollers and nubs at the bottom alter what they do, too.The foot slots can fit smaller and larger feet, up to a men’s 13. One member of my family has a size 11 men’s and there is no problem. I have a size 8.5 men’s and it works great for me, too.The vibration is subtle and I find it works to stimulate the bottom front of my foot, especially, where the shiatsu is the middle 2/3 and the air compression does the entire foot.The shiatsu is very effective, especially in conjunction with the air compression.If it’s cold out or you have just come in from a hike for sure use the heat. It’s nice for cold and tired feet.The inserts in the foot wells are removable so you can wash them.The massager is sturdy and the power cord is a decent length. It feels very well-constructed and is light for its size, coming in at a bit more than 5.5 pounds. That makes it easy to move around and use. The power gets plugged into a short dongle, and the whole setup is pretty neat. You don’t feel like you’re drowning in cords or that something is going to pull out.The instructions come with your basic safety precautions, like not using this around water or in wet/really moist environments.I also like that the top is flat and so are the power controls, so a quick wipe should keep this clean. No crannies for dust to get into.The only thing that would be nice is a remote, but the controls are easy to see and reach.I am very happy with this purchase. It gives a massage that is really nice and firm. You can set it pretty intense, and it is very close to getting a real massage, which I was pleasantly surprised about. This is not one of those old, lame massagers that weigh a ton and do nothing but vibrate, and the fact that the default program switches things up a bit makes it feel much less like a machine.I am loving this.

Excellent is my one word description for this foot massager. It has more of the soothing vibrations/sensations you get with a home spa pedicure without the hassle of water duty. The product item description accurately lists the features of this massager and functions. I like the Knead (L) Vibration (H) and Heat H) settings for myself, but feel the Air Compression feature a bit intense for my little body. However, it is promising for someone with the desire for extra pressure in the underfoot kneading feature. Using this massager with the three functions listed above have reduced the swelling in my feet and ankles, and my legs feel less tight. The air feature also emits a low air puff sound every few seconds, not annoying, but it occurs. I like the detachable power adapter that aids in easier storage. It does cut off after 15 minutes, but I restart it after 5 minutes; would be nice to run longer than 15 minutes. Still love it. it's compact, sleek looking, and easy to use. I'm sold. Also, it has a One Year Warranty which can be Extended to THREE Years for FREE upon request.

Looking for more than just a vibrating massager for feet, this one seems to do it all - kneading, air compression around each foot, and vibration, each with three levels of adjustment. It also has two levels of heat, so you can customize everything to your liking. And so far, it runs like a champ, appears to be of excellent quality, and checks all of our boxes. Our only regret is not trying this sooner. Recommended.

Has vibration, heater, compression and massage. Has low, medium, and high for each function. Feet size can go up to 13 possibly (I'm a size 9 woman). The power button acts like a pause function when you need to get up and come back. I've only been using for a week now. Only used 3 times. Will edit after my use. But so far so good. A good foot massage is what I need every day! I walk 12 miles a day. Circulation is 100% why I purchased this item.!

This foot massager has several functions and they all work well to help those with plantar fasciitis or just general pain. I especially like the heat function. Each function has controls so you can manage how hard or light you would like the massage. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and think it has been doing a good job. Since it is reasonably priced in my opinion and works well, I recommend this product.

I received this as a birthday present this week to help with my feet which have arthritis. So far everything is working great. It's nice to be able to adjust the functions as sometimes the kneading can be a bit much (even on low) depending on how my feet are feeling on the given day. However every function (kneading, compression, vibration, and heat) are customizable on strength and can be turned off outright which is nice. My wife and kids are loving it as well (my 7 and 9-year old together used it for more than an hour yesterday). Would recommend.

The machine parts that do the massaging just spin in place and don't go up and down on the bottom of your foot. This causes pain in the spots that get all the attention and a lack of releasing from the areas not directly over the spinning parts. This is from the lowest settings and I don't have sensitive feet.

Each have multiple levels of intensity to choose from. You can select one or all as desired.The unit is attractive and compact. My US size 13 foot fits easily. It fits and functions well for smaller sizes as well.This is an ideal product for your home and provides comfort and pain relief any time you need. I also like the 15 minute cut-off timer. If you need more time, simply push a button.
