Q: As of sept 2020, nowhere on this page does it say lifetime warranty. does this product still have lifetime warranty?

Yes, it’s on flexihose website.

Q: how do I use the warranty? My hose broke 33 days after I bought it and I cannot return it to amazon

mine broke while on vacation. I am looking for a fix, maybe the manufacture will put one together as it seems the inner vinyl tube breaks and needs to be re-cramped to the fitting.

Q: How do you store this garden hose?

We store ours outside on a wall mounted hose holder for the season.

I didn’t use it yet. Bought this one for emergency just in case my current hose will break
