I don’t believe there is a foaming agent. To my knowledge, miracle II products use no chemicals. I have been using them for 15 years and wouldn’t use anything else!

Dehydrabiethylamine (an emulsifier derived from coconuts) 7. Moisturizing Soap also includes Cold Pressed Avocado, Almond, Olive and Coconut Oils, and Vitamin E. (1) The oxygenated water detailed above is electrically engineered eloptic energized stabilized oxygenated water. Hope this helps.
