I’ve been taking this for about a week now and it seems to be working great. I really notice it when I’m at the gym. I have more energy and stamina than before and my strength seems to be up as well.

I used to train very heavily with bodybuilding and it has been years since, but I have used my fair share of supplements. I ordered this because of the high reviews and other stuff I had read about turkesterone. I will say, I was very shocked by it. After about 4 days I actually felt different. I didn’t add any other products in during this time; this was the only change. I can’t even explain what it is specifically, but I will be at work and my muscles just feel different. Clearly you need to be training and eating clean to probably have a similar effect. But I thought it was wild that for once, a product actually worked. As well. Any guy should take a high dose of Ashwaghanda. - you’re welcome haha

This seems to be pretty good stuff. I took it to gain muscle and weight. I see a little muscle growth and firmness. I have also managed to put on a few pounds, which I have tried EVERYTHING to do over the years, and this is the ONLY product that has worked for me to gain weight. Lastly, I would like to say that this product has more benefits than other brands due to the multiple ingredients which are all natural herbs. 🌿 😀. I definitely recommend and would surely buy again.

Likes:Looks very promising claim but that is all. Nice label and ingredients description.Takeaways:Been taking taking em for a year. 2 each pre with creatine and 2 post with 70g of pea/whey protein. Then a real nice clean meal. Very little growth and nowhere near its claim for muscle growth. All placebo crap like most promising supplements. They're here for the money and no one knows really what they put inside the capsules. Am dropping em along with their other products. I have been 155-160lbs the last 4 yrs. All I wanted is to get 10 more lbs of muscle but all natural supplements failed. Tho most think am 175-185 lbs in 5'7" body frame but am not. In any gym I look better than 99% of the time 365 days a year. Even those rhoids infested pieces pile of ***** half my age woulda wished they have my pecs.

What seems to be a high quality Turkestone with some test boosting backups in low doses. I take one early morning and one at work out time. Really seems to help with morning mood and work out energy/strength. And at the cost for 90 servings, you really can't go wrong.
