Dear seller,Today whether you know it or not "You have helped someone turn their life around!! This has made me to be able to not worry about not being able to get Organics for my Garden every year. All I have to do is buy either the Organic seeds or plants then just save the seeds from every year and then just buy some plants from an Organic seller that I trust. Someone who knows how to get seeds form plants like Rutabagas and carrots and cabbage that may have to let to go to seed that people would buy the following year. Anyway this saves me time and money. Time because I can start planting from seed earlier instead of just buying the plants at the convenience of someone who you don't really know. The little seeds can be used also to eat and to sprout into natural sprout breads that are very nutritious and high in Vitamins and Minerals as well as they are in live enzymes that are much more healthier than any cooked yeast bread sold today in stores.It helps keep your Acid/Alkaline balance and has the right combination of food within it like in ancient bible days when they used to combine beans and grains like corn & beans,rice & beans,Pasta & beans even Potatoes & beans that o a Complete Protein with out getting it from animals that helps keep you away from the doctor!! One great benefit additive that people would be able to afford within their lives today as a good preventative with all those s degenerate diseases that keep coming back on the rampage that even doctors over prescribed antibiotics won't even help.Thanks for letting us get back our bodies immune system so it can heal it self with out all those chemicals and preservatives and artificial colored and flavored concentrated sugar, sodium and fat laden foods that have been heavily doused with pesticides and herbicides along with all those antibiotics and hormones that are being pumped into our animals and now the worst of all where our vegetables and fruits are being and have been being eradicated of radiation that many people don't even know or understand.Thank you for showing me the the way of the right time of planting and transplanting with this little chart that has helped me so muchI used to be a strict Vegetarian but then tried meat for protein and amino acids but I no longer have to worry about getting the proper nutrients in my food because now i know what to do and as I am now Organic, Alternative and Green I can be the Vegetarian that I used to be and go back to live foods like Jay Kordich says Live food Live bodies verses cooked food dead bodies.Thanks again!!!

I just got started sprouting seeds. This little guide saves a lot of time by having information for a variety of seeds--amount to soak, how long to soak, what type of container to use, how often to water, growing time and more. Definitely worth the meager cost! Since it is made of a coated heavy paper stock, I can't imagine why some people would try to wash it off with/under water. I should hold up just fine with proper gentle use.

I like having this on my refrigerator, but find that I still need to refer to online instructions before I begin a new batch of sprouts. It's nice to have the easy access to what the sprouts will look like, though, as I am experimenting with "living centerpieces". I also think it's a bit pricey for the level of detail offered.

Overall it is a handy tool save one thing. The soak times for each variety of seed listed is missing. So I still have to go look it up in my book... ugh.... I am going to add this to the dial in red or something so it is there when I need it but seriously folks.

This sprout chart is very easy to use. It presents the information you need clearly and concisely so you can use it as a quick reference. Previously, I would use a book to remind myself of how to sprout a specific seed, how long it takes, etc, which was cumbersome. But this is easy, compact and a big help!

This is a great chart! It gives lots of information about the many different types of sprouts and how they grow and other details.

I got this for my uncle, he has said good things about it. No complaints. Great tool for beginners and intermediate.

Chart is exactly what I expected, unfortunatly Amazon's packaging bent it during transit.
