I was surprised at how bright and effective this flashlight is. I wanted something to better protect us in the case of a power cut or walking alone at night and went for this item. I'm so pleased I did.It came delivered in a very stylish military box which will allow me to store the flashlight safely for safe keeping.In the box there was the torch, 2x rechargeable batteries, instruction manual and a little flashlight keyring thrown in which was cool.The really cool feature of this torch is that it is USB rechargeable, so now I don't have to worry about constantly replacing batteries in the torch.The brightness is crazy and pressing the button allows for multiple modes such as rapid flashing and the SOS signal.The pictures showing how bright it is don't really do it justice, but it's a high beam!Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this flashlight.

perfect torch and these are so much more useful as they are USB rechargable! i can take this away and use my USB solar charger to keep this charged up for free! obviously you can use a power bank or USB port in the car too if required.These are better for the environment (no batteries in landfill) and seem to be much better and more powerful LED beam strength. The focus is adjustable to you can spread the beam to cover more area or concentrate it for distance (and it goes a very long way!)And an added bonus was 2x rechargeable batteries...brilliant to keep one charged and ready to go.Great value.

Spent several days going through the many Amazon options for rechargable torches, and chose this one. Delivery was fine, and after charging I was happy until I tried to switch off the torch. Obviously, pressing the button takes it through the various cycles, holding the button in for three seconds should switch it off, but it doesn't. A square yellowish light stays permanently on, thus running the battery down. The only option is to remove the battery after every use, but I don't think the screw fittings would last long doing that. Then when I tried the zoomable beam I found that twisting the correct part of the torch makes it switch off - well as much as it does switch off !I e.mailed the seller for advice almost a week ago, no reply, so I rejected the torch as faulty and arranged with Amazon for Hermes to collect it yesterday. Waited in all day, no one came. Checked if my reference number would work in Hermes website at 7pm, and found that it had been marked at 10.40am as "Parcel not ready for collection".What a complete and utter lie, and a bad experience all round. Certainly wish I had never bothered, and will probably end up in the bin if Amazon don't sort something out.

This tactical torch comes in a plastic storage box complete with two batteries (18650] and a charging cable. The second battery can be used as a spare should the first one go flat on you in use. These lithium batteries keep their charge for ages so this event probably will not arise. The metal case is tough and will take the knocks and drops that this item is bound to get in use.In use this torch has three set levels of brightness and on its full power setting it is very bright and sends a beam out over a considerable distance. The beam can be focussed by sliding the lens in or out to give a wide beam for more general illumination or a very bright, narrow beam.Besides the three brightness levels there are also Strobe and SOS.These are accessed by a short press of the control button and the torch will remember the last mode used and turn on In that mode.The two photos show the dimmest and brightest setting of the torch.On the other side of the body there is a USB port for charging that is waterproofed by a rubber bung. This allows the torch to be recharged from any 5v usb supply. Charging time from flat is about 2hours.Overall this torch represents good value for the money and is ideal for our camping trips in the country where we need a decent light outside at night.

I ordered this torch for our hiking trip. We went to explore an old cave in Hungary and it was a great. Its power and brightness is amazing. My 4 year old loved walking with the torch in the dark cave and explore spiders, bugs, bats and nature's other creations. It is very easy to recharge it if you take a powerbank with you. It comes with it's own case, usb cable and batteries. I think it should be a part of every hiking backpack.

The batteries came charged to start with which is a nice added bonus and the fact there are two helps if you were planning to need it for a long time. The torch has different modes of flashing which is useful, especially when using on my bike and the fact its fine to use in the rain helps whilst riding. The quality of the bulb is good as you can see far ahead when shining it and you can adjust the focal length with the adjustable sleeve. Overall would reccomend

Today coming Shadowhawk taktical X800 flashlights. I buy this lights for using in the car, or shed. In night time sometimes need somthings found but you not get light. This flashlight is compact, get big recargeable batery+ one extra batery. Fast zoom focusing sistem. High brightnes, long range, anti drop height. Excellent bright torch very small in size which makes it convenient as you can easily store it in your pocket. Love the two recharbale batteries you don't have to buy new ones ever two weeks or so.
