Very tasty uncured (healthy?!) sausage
Really delicious sausage, and uncured so no toxic nitrates and nitrites. Sliced it thinly diagonally and put on a baking sheet with onions, red and yellow bell peppers, spices and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Turned out great!
