I've been using these boil in the bags for a long time. They're quite substantial and nice tasting. I wouldn't buy them individually, as they're expensive, so these 6 packs make them a fiver each, which isn't too bad.

Really actually enjoy these meals, good size, heat really well. They taste really good compared to others I love had. And very easy to use, you can either empty into a pan and cook or boil in the bag. Either way works well.

These tasted better than I expected, although I might just have been hungry. Never tried the desert but the all day breakfast and mac and cheese were quite good. Easy to heat. Just remember they are quite heavy.

This is a review for the Wayfayrer DofE Ration Expedition Pack Bronze. One of the meals was 'all day breakfast' - see photo. I heated this gently in a pan for about 6 to 8 minutes. It was on a very low heat (the lowest the cooker would go). I think cooking on a camping stove would need careful monitoring to avoid burning the meal. I stirred it every 30 seconds or so for the whole time which helped heat it through fully. The meal held together despite the stirring! The smell during cooking was nice and inviting. Once heated, I transferred to a plate for eating. I was impressed with the taste. The beans provided the majority of the meal followed equally by sausage and omelette. It was filling and went well with a round of bread :-) I would recommend this product and look forward to trying the other meals.

Wasn't expecting much, but surprisingly good.

Really enjoyed the taste, the value and the overall product. Would recommend bringing something to “bull out” as they weren’t quite enough to hit the spot after a high energy use day. Some dried lentils or beans mixed in made it a really substantial and tasty meal

Anybody who's ever been a cadet of some description, or served in the military will know all about these. Wayfarer has been around for ever.These are great for one or two day hikes, any longer and carrying the weight of 10+ pouches of wet food becomes an issue.Otherwise, these are great tasting, filling and easy to use.
