Poor assembly and finish! But rectified eventually
The product arrived with one leg shorter than the others, wrinkles on the upholstery and rotted clamps for the cushion. Imraan heard my complaint and true to his word, sent over a replacement piece assuring me all would soon be well. The replacement piece arrived with corrections to the issues mentioned but the whole base on this was rotten..the base literally broke away from the screw-on legs! Empty promises of a repair to be affected on-site are all we’ve had from them since!UPDATE: since my last review the item has been repaired to a satisfactory level and is now ok. What a pity the whole process had to go about like this but I suppose it is commendable that the supplier does genuinely care about his reputation and is willing to do the right thing and stand by his promises.
