Excellent 👌
Whatever have been described about this product it's just what it is. On basis of performance, build quality and battery life i must say excellent. Keeping price on mind it's just a great gift for people like me, I have 6 doggy in my home. Just on a ease it just sweeps out the hair and dust. Thanks to its V shaped brush head. 👍

Love to use it
It is an excellent competition for a Dyson. It is light-weight, easy to use and makes the cleaning enjoyable. Requires frequent charging: my flat is around 1000 sqft and with a full charge of battery I can hardy clean it twice. However that is not a deal breaker as I like the wall mount charging setup given with the product.

Poort after service, product damaged within an year
I purchased this cordless vacuum cleaner with high expectations, especially since it came with a 3-year warranty. However, within a year, the product started having issues. When I reached out for a warranty claim, the brand's response was pathetic and highly irresponsible. They refused to honor the warranty and instead demanded extra payment for repairs.I had no choice but to pay extra to get it fixed, which completely defeats the purpose of a warranty. The customer support is unprofessional and unhelpful, making this an extremely frustrating experience. If you are considering this product, be warned—after-sales service is terrible!Would never recommend this brand to anyone. Stay away!

Great suction power & perfect for homes with pets
It’s super easy to use and performs well to suck out every strand of dust and hair and other tiny particles on the floor or carpets. Helps to have 3 power modes and battery lasts 40 mins approx with mixed usage.Cleaning the basket is easy though the design of the filter is such that it can be difficult to get dust off of from the top but there is an additional lever to open it. Just needs getting used to.The design to have a light at the bottom really helps see where all the dust is and noise levels are good in normal & eco mode.

Had to sent to service centre after 15 days
Finally the vacuum was sent to the laresar service centre and the courier was managed by the company itself,the service centre guys were friendly and very quick to react and will be receiving the vaccum very soon.Regarding the product well I had high expectations and never thought would fail in a very short time though it performs very good and cleans well but still skeptic about its durability in the long run.But,yes the service is really good u won't have any issues as long as it has warranty so I would prefer customers to take additional addon warranty.
